For both the practitioner and client, Thai Yoga Bodywork is a movement meditation of stretching, rhythmic massage, acupressure and supported yoga vinyasa.

Practitioners use their weight and skeletal alignment with gravity to clear the receiver’s meridian lines, bring fluidity to the joints, mobilize fascia and stretch muscles.

Receiving TYB is both relaxing and energizing. We can breathe more freely when we are centered in ourselves, and having been stretched in new directions, we can feel more open to possibility.
